The Creative Lead is responsible for leading the creative strategy, brand identity, and visual communications for both the Bank and Digital Wallet businesses. This role oversees the development of high-quality creative assets across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand representation while delivering innovative campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.
The Creative Lead manages the creative team, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures all creative outputs align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
❖ Lead the creative direction for both the Bank and Digital Wallet brands.
❖ Develop innovative creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
❖ Maintain consistent visual identity and brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
❖ Ensure all creative work reflects the unique positioning of each brand while maintaining overall corporate brand consistency.
Creative Production
❖ Oversee the development of:
1. Social media content
2. Digital advertising creatives
3. Website and mobile app visuals
4. Motion graphics and videos
5. Branch and merchant branding
6. POSM and promotional materials
7. Event branding and exhibition materials
8. Corporate presentations and internal communications
❖ Review, approve, and ensure the quality of all creative deliverables before publication.
Team Management
❖ Lead, mentor, and develop Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Videographers, and other creative team members.
❖ Allocate resources and manage project priorities across multiple business units.
❖ Foster a collaborative and innovative creative culture.
Campaign Collaboration
❖ Work closely with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign & Events, Product, and Business teams to translate marketing strategies into impactful creative solutions.
❖ Participate in campaign planning, brainstorming sessions, and creative reviews.
❖ Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for all campaigns and product launches.
Brand Governance
❖ Develop and maintain brand guidelines for both the Bank and Digital Wallet.
❖ Ensure consistency in messaging, typography, imagery, and visual identity across all online and offline communications.
❖ Review creative materials to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Vendor & Production Management
❖ Manage relationships with creative agencies, production houses, photographers, videographers, printers, and other external vendors.
❖ Oversee production quality, timelines, and budgets.
❖ Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
❖ Stay current with creative trends, AI-powered design tools, multimedia technologies, and customer experience best practices.
❖ Introduce innovative creative approaches that enhance brand differentiation and campaign effectiveness.
❖ Continuously improving creative workflows and production efficiency.
Skills & Competencies
❖ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
❖ 5–8 years of experience in creative design, branding, or advertising, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
❖ Experience in banking, fintech, telecommunications, retail, or advertising agencies is preferred.
❖ Strong creative vision and art direction.
❖ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
❖ Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and digital content creation.
❖ Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for digital products.
❖ Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills.
❖ Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
❖ Ability to manage multiple brands and simultaneous projects.
❖ Strong attention to detail and quality control.
