Merchant Acquisition and Management (Senior Assistant)

Job Summary:

The Senior Assistant – Merchant Acquisition and Management Section is responsible for supporting SHWE Bank’s Premier Banking, new merchant acquisition and onboarding, maintenance of merchants under the partnership program, ensuring smooth operational processes and supporting partnership initiatives to enhance the value proposition of SHWE Bank’s Premier Members.

Job Responsibilities:

Merchant Relationship Management

  • Prepare and maintain merchant proposals, agreements, and accurate records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Collect and organize merchant feedback and related data for reporting purposes.
  • Track and report basic expenses related to merchant management tasks.

Business Development

  • Assist in merchant acquisition by supporting outreach and documentation for partnership initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for campaigns, events, and merchant-related activities.

Premium Banking Support

  • Support the Premier Banking to ensure smooth operations (Duties included: PREMIER Banking related services like birthday cake delivery and participating events if needed.)

Job Specification:

  • Any bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Basic knowledge of merchant acquisition processes
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and able to use Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to relationship building.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • Team collaboration and adaptability
  • Proactive attitude toward learning and supporting tasks
