Job Purpose
Supporting the between branch and head office departments for operations, travelling to branch opening, supporting to operation’s needs. Email in/out monitoring and reporting
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing annual departmental budgets in alignment.
•Assist and process departmental expense claims, invoices, and payment requests.
•Maintain accurate records of expenditures and ensure they comply with company policies.
•Follow up with Finance on pending payments or accounting clarifications.
•Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services as per approved budget.
•Maintain inventory of departmental assets and ensure timely replenishment of resources.
•Work with vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery.
•Assist check on departmental documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
•Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
•Coordinate staff travel arrangements, training bookings, and logistics.
•Serve as the primary administrative contact for internal and external stakeholders.
•Provide support to department leadership in operational planning and coordination.
•Assist in preparing presentations, summary reports, and departmental dashboards.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education: University Student (or) Bachelor’s degree related field.
•Experience: Fresher or 1years in the banking sector.
•Skills & Requirements:
o Excellent communication, negotiation
o Ability to work overtime.
o Teamwork and ability to support section/department heads.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Written skills in both English and Myanmar.
o Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
o Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
o Good Communication Skill.
Technical
• Knowledge of Email and internet.
