Job Summary:
Provide day-to-day retail sales and performance reports. Support in double checking the loan applications and related documents. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales workflow
Job Responsibilities:
1. Retail Sales and Performance Report
-Assist in preparing daily, monthly, and periodic performance reports for the Retail Sales Team.
– Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of all performance-related report.
2. Verify the loan applications and related documents
– Check and Verify all types of loan applications and related documents to ensure accuracy and correctness
– Coordinate with Retail Sales Staff to clarify missing documents or requirements in a timely manner.
– Take responsible of digital and hardcopy loan submission to the Loan Department.
-Update daily the loan origination tracking reports and support as necessary for faster end-to-end loan process
3. Administrative support
– Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales workflow
– Assist in expense claims, travel arrangements, and procurement of office supplies when needed.
Job Specification:
– Under Graduated and Diploma or bachelor’s degree
– 2 to 3 years of experience in banking operations, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.
– Basic knowledge of loan and deposit processing
-Good record-keeping and reporting skills
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior staff
– Team player with a proactive attitude
– Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic banking software
– Experience with banking and loan management software
