Job Summary:
To support the planning, development, and enhancement of the Digital Wallet product by gathering requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of product features, and improving customer experience based on data and market insights.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements.
- Gather business, customer, and market requirements to support product decisions.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing teams for product implementation.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product quality before release.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and analytics to identify improvement areas.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure product features comply with regulatory and security standards.
- Assist in solving product issues, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product management, digital banking, fintech, or IT-related roles.
- Good understanding of mobile applications, digital payments, and wallet systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
