Product Owner (Senior Manager & Assistant Manager – 2 Posts)

Job Summary:

To support the planning, development, and enhancement of the Digital Wallet product by gathering requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of product features, and improving customer experience based on data and market insights.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements.
  • Gather business, customer, and market requirements to support product decisions.
  • Coordinate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing teams for product implementation.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product quality before release.
  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, and analytics to identify improvement areas.
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure product features comply with regulatory and security standards.
  • Assist in solving product issues, troubleshooting, and escalation management.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product management, digital banking, fintech, or IT-related roles.
  • Good understanding of mobile applications, digital payments, and wallet systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
