Job Summary
Responsibilities
· Develop marketing strategies and tactics to drive traffic into the bank – owning the implementation from idea to execution
· Coordinate, manage and execute all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
· Supervise all marketing activities and social media channels and activities
· Preparing and managing digital marketing budget-Quarterly, Semi-annually, Annually
· Conduct market research consistently to keep up to date with existing market trends and forecast future potential market trends
· Analyze current market conditions and competitor information quarterly and yearly
· Develop and implement marketing & project plans and go-to-market strategies for the bank’s new and existing products
· Maintain and expand existing marketing platforms including social media platforms
· Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity monthly and ensure targeted results
· Prepare and monitor marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and deliver marketing activities within agreed budget to reach targeted KPIs
· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams and external agencies and vendors
· Oversea call centre both inbound and outbound, Merchant and partnership, Campaigns management
Qualifications
· A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the Marketing field
· Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing events and product launches
· Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing concepts and proficiency with online marketing tools, including Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and SEO/SEM
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles for effective interactions with team members and upper management
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
· Strong self-drive and motivation with a high level of initiative
· Fluency in English language
· Proven ability as a team leader and team player, capable of working under pressure and extended hours when necessary
· Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, combined with an empathetic approach
· Willingness and flexibility to travel as required, both within and outside of Yangon
