Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to establish effective sales leads, strategies and plans.
Conduct regular sales calls to acquire both deposit and consumer loan clients.
Cross-sell and up-sell all banking products by cultivating strong, enduring client relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Operations) to ensure seamless banking service delivery.
Handle deposit-taking activities, including account openings, document collection as needed.
Handle loan-origination activities, including account openings, document collection, on-site visit, and preparation of loan origination documents as needed.
Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Fresh graduates with strong interest in retail banking and sales are encouraged to apply
0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or banking preferred
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets
Basic understanding of banking products, especially deposits and consumer loans
Ability to build and maintain good client relationships
Willingness to conduct field visits and on-site customer meetings
Basic knowledge of documentation required for account opening and loan origination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Flexible and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail banking environment
