Job Summary:
To manage specific operational functions, including account management, reconciliation, settlements, and dispute resolution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Account & KYC Management
• Perform E-KYC checks and manage MoBiz account creation (Business and Individual).
• Create subscriber accounts for special requests and manage EWA/Corporate accounts (creation, locking, enabling/disabling services).
• Perform password resets and login assistance for MoBiz, EWA, and payroll accounts as per Customer Care or internal team requests.
• Handle bank account linkage for Agents, Merchants, and MoBiz whitelists (enable/disable).
2. Transaction Reconciliation & Settlement
• Reconcile and settle loyalty merchant transactions, MESC settlements, airtime top-up biller transactions, Telco biller transactions (MoBill system), 2C2P biller settlements (EBA portal), and
Skynet subscriptions for Mo Money resellers.
• Perform online merchant settlements, including gift card and prepaid card transactions.
• Perform bi-monthly Mo MFI settlements. (loan transactions)
3. Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare daily MoBiz onboard/reject/failed reports, KYC and onboarding reports, and financial/non-financial reports manually.
• Prepare and submit account onboarding reports for compliance.
• Provide postpaid reseller reports for MoBill transaction reconciliation to clients.
• Maintain detailed manual records for financial and operational reporting.
4. Operational Support
• Support internal teams and Customer Care for account-related issues, service adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure accurate tracking and resolution of operational tasks related to settlements, reconciliations, and onboarding.
Job Specification:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
▪ 4+ years’ experience in wallet/fintech/banking operations, with 1+ year in a supervisory or senior role.
▪ Good understanding of wallet processes, including registration, KYC, transactions, disputes, and risk monitoring.
▪ Proficient in operational tools such as advance Excel, reconciliation files, ticketing systems, and wallet platforms.
▪ Strong leadership and communication skills, able to guide teams, assign tasks, and ensure SLA performance.
▪ Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling issues, escalations, and workflow improvements.
