Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries, provide banking assistance, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Outbound Sales Calls: Contact businesses to introduce our banking services and generate potential leads.
- Online Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries via Messenger and engage with users in Facebook comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call logs and customer information in the system.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with social media engagement and online customer service.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
