Job Summary:
The purpose of the product development role is to attract customers and increase deposits with the bank’s products. The Deposit Product Team helps the bank to be competitive and profitable.
Job Responsibilities:
Deposit Product Planning
➢ Independently prepared the full Excel planning file for the new deposit product.
➢ Designed and built new formulas in Excel to support product calculation, reporting logic, and workflow processes.
Reporting
➢ Prepared and updated daily monthly deposit performance reports (Ex-KPI, SCC, WAR)
➢ Ensured data accuracy and timely submission of daily Monthly operational reports.
Market & Competitor Analysis
➢ Conducted competitor research on deposit products offered by other banks.
➢ Compared interest rates, product features, and market trends to support product enhancement decisions.
Supported for UAT Testing
➢ Assisted in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new deposit product implementation.
➢ Supported test execution by verifying system behavior, interest calculation accuracy, and workflow processes.
Job Specification:
- Graduate (any Bachelor’s degree) or Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience with banking knowledge
- Experience in banking operations and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications:
- Microsoft Word (English/Myanmar), Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiar with JITS Core Banking System
- Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
