Job Purpose
This position is responsible to oversee agent unit operations such as customer service, front/back office and account compliance tasks.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interactive Customer Facing Transactions e.g. Account Opening etc.,
- Reception Service, Customer’s Feedback & Complaints, Premier Banking Operations, International Banking Operations
- Tellers – Routine Customer Facing Transactions e.g. Cash Deposit etc.,
- Bulk-Cash Handling
- Non-Customer Facing Transactions e.g. Cheque Book Issue etc.,
- Operations Reporting
- Able to support IN CHARGE.
- Branch Cash, Branch Pickup & Delivery, Currency Depot
- Marketing, Branch Sales, Corporate Sales, Customer loyalty & retention, Premier Banking Relations, International Banking Relations
- Able to support the HEAD, BRANCH BUSINESS.
- JOB SPECIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in banking and finance or other relevant academic discipline.
• At least 4 years in Banking & financial industry working experience, preferably in the area of agent management.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have a good understanding of transaction flow and characteristic of bank’s accounting.
• Good understanding on agent networking and develop the necessary internal functions.
• Strong leadership and team management skill.
• Can work under pressure.
