Supervisor (Agent Hubs In-charge)

Job Purpose

This position is responsible to oversee agent unit operations such as customer service, front/back office and account compliance tasks.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform as the in-charge of the Agent Hub.
• Proactively promote and cross-sell the bank’s agent banking services and financial products.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with bank customer.
• Pinpoint opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling using customer profiles and transactional data.
• Support in meeting the sales targets for products such as loans, deposits, and agent banking products and services.
• Manage and control daily operational functions such as cash handling and agent hub controlling.
• Make sure all business processes are optimized and efficiency and as well follow the operational policies and processes in place.
• Reporting the daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, transaction volumes, customer volumes, and other relevant metrics for the project.
• Supervise the maintenance and protection of agent hub premises.
• Must have the leadership ability to work cohesively with one’s team to fulfill the product targets set by the Head Office.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in banking and finance or other relevant academic discipline.
• At least 5 years in Banking & financial industry working experience, preferably in the area of agent management.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have a good understanding of transaction flow and characteristic of bank’s accounting.
• Good understanding on agent networking and develop the necessary internal functions.
• Strong leadership and team management skill.
• Can work under pressure.
