We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Core Banking Support to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations of our Core Banking Solution, coordinate projects, and provide technical support to branches and internal teams.
Responsibilities
• Issue Tracking and Problem Solving with Branch related issues.
• System Maintenance of Core Banking Solution.
• Perform application testing including functional and interfaces.
• Support SIT, UAT such as problem resolution, tracking, escalation and closure.
• Execute implementation activities and support post implementation.
• Support daily BAU activity including CMS onboarding Process.
• Project Coordination with internal and external stakeholder.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in a related technology field, with a focus on banking and internal project management.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of the banking domain.
• Expertise in issue tracking and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to travel for new branch openings or training sessions, as needed.
