Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the Assistant Supervisor
- Help in checking and servicing fire extinguishers (e.g., placement, labeling, basic condition)
- Support inspection and cleaning of Air Con units; help with filter replacement and minor servicing
- Assist in plumbing and water system tasks, such as leak checks and basic repairs
- Follow safety guidelines while performing maintenance activities
- Provide support during repair work conducted by external vendors or technicians
- Help keep accurate maintenance records and daily checklists
- Immediately report any equipment faults or hazards to the supervisor
- Support in facility setup and shutdown processes (e.g., power, A/C, lighting preparations)
Requirement
- Certificate or Vocational Training in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field
- Minimum 0–1 year of experience in general maintenance or technical assistance
(Experience with Air Con or plumbing support is a plus) - Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Good physical condition and ability to use tools safely
- Responsible, team-oriented, and attentive to safety
