Senior Assistant (Agent Hubs)

Job Purpose

This position is responsible to oversee agent unit operations such as customer service, front/back office and account compliance tasks

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• To efficiently process customers’ daily deposits and withdrawals, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
• Proactively promote and cross-sell the bank’s agent banking services and financial products.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with bank customers.
• Actively participate in meeting the agent hub’s sales and referral goals.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales, service, and operational targets.
• Perform key operational and cash management duties.
• Strictly adhere to and implement all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and instructions issued by the Head Office’s Agent Banking
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership to the junior team members under your supervision.
• Collaborate with the Agent Hub In-Charge on the development and growth of the assigned Agent Hub.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in banking and finance or other relevant academic discipline.
• Representative experience in banking operations
• Can be able to use Microsoft Work, Excel and mail.
• Accounting knowledge is required
• Can promote sales and marketing of banking products
• Must be active, motivated, and a team player
• Able to work and communicate with others
• Familiar with technology and financial apps (eg., email, internet, payment apps)
• Can work under pressure
