Receptionist (Premium Banking)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and deliver all necessary banking services in a professional manner.
  • Clearly explain the bank’s products and respond to customer inquiries accurately, courteously, and respectfully.
  • Complete all required documentation—including account opening forms, vouchers, pay-in slips, and other relevant paperwork—with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify and engage with Premier Customers, ensuring coordination with the appropriate Relationship Manager (RM).
  • Provide customer support services, including light catering, document verification, and photocopying, as needed.
  • If required, extend services to the customer’s home in accordance with the bank’s service protocols.
  • Offer assistance to Relationship Managers as requested, ensuring seamless customer engagement.
  • At the conclusion of each transaction, express sincere gratitude to the customer and extend well wishes for the rest of their day.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or under graduate with relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to engage customers warmly and professionally, with a strong focus on service excellence.
  • The ability to explain banking products clearly and respond to inquiries effectively is essential.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of confidentiality, reliability, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive customer information.
  • Willingness to go beyond routine duties.
