Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the new merchant acquisition and onboarding, maintenance of merchants under the partnership program, ensuring smooth operational processes and supporting partnership initiatives to enhance the value proposition of SHWE Bank’s Premier Members.
Job Responsibilities
· Identify and approach potential merchants for partnership initiatives.
· Support preparation of merchant proposals, agreements and related documentation.
· Maintain and update merchant agreement reports.
· Collect merchant feedback and compile data.
· Support in resolving merchant-related issues promptly.
· Assist in planning and implementing merchant promotions and campaigns.
· Support merchant participation in events and seasonal campaigns.
· Maintain accurate records of merchant data, contracts, and communications.
· Track and report expenses related to merchant management activities.
· Provide administrative and coordination support to the team.
· Communicate with internal departments (Premier Banking, Marketing, Administration and Finance)
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (undergraduates may also apply)
· 0–2 years’ experience in merchant services, partnerships, or admin support (fresh graduates welcome)
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
