Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to establish effective sales leads, strategies and plans.
- Conduct regular sales calls to acquire both deposit and consumer loan clients.
- Cross-sell and up-sell all banking products by cultivating strong, enduring client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Operations) to ensure seamless banking service delivery.
- Handle deposit-taking activities, including account openings, document collection as needed.
- Handle loan-origination activities, including account openings, document collection, on-site visit, and preparation of loan origination documents as needed.
- Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in retail banking and sales are encouraged to apply
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or banking preferred
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets
- Basic understanding of banking products, especially deposits and consumer loans
- Ability to build and maintain good client relationships
- Willingness to conduct field visits and on-site customer meetings
- Basic knowledge of documentation required for account opening and loan origination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Flexible and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail banking environment
