Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing customer onboarding documentation and KYC checks.
- Support in compiling credit proposals, financial analysis, and client reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, compliance, credit risk) for smooth processing of client requests.
- Help maintain and update client databases, loan documentation, and files.
- Prepare meeting notes and follow-up action lists from client discussions.
- Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers and team members.
- Conduct basic market or industry research on clients and competitors when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with strong academic background and interest in corporate banking are encouraged to apply
- 0–1 year of experience in corporate banking, credit support, or sales coordination preferred
- Basic understanding of corporate banking products and services
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn financial and credit processes
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
