CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Interactive Customer Facing Transactions (E.g. Account Opening etc.)
  • Reception Service, Customer’s Feedback & Complaints, Premier Banking Operations, International Banking Operations

FRONT-OFFICE & BACK-OFFICE

  • Tellers – Routine Customer Facing Transactions (E.g. Cash Deposit etc.)
  • Bulk-Cash Handling
  • Non-Customer Facing Transactions (E.g. Cheque Book Issue etc.)
  • Operations Reporting

CASH

  • Branch Cash, Branch Pickup & Delivery, Currency Depot

ACCOUNTS & COMPLIANCE and ADMINISTRATION (for Senior Staff)

  • Jointly responsible with the Branch Manager for the branch administration, security control and maintenance of the branch’s premises; staff administrative matters and smooth functioning of the accounts department
  • Jointly responsible with the Branch Manager for the management of the branch’s loans portfolio in accordance with the bank’s credit policies
  • Accounting, Payables, Compliance, Management & Risk Reporting, Staff Administration, Branch, Administration, IT Servers Administration.

CREDIT ADMINISTRATION (for Senior Staff)

  • Jointly responsible with the Branch Manager for the branch administration, security control and maintenance of the branch’s premises; staff administrative matters and smooth functioning of the accounts department
  • Jointly responsible with the Branch Manager for the management of the branch’s loans portfolio in accordance with the bank’s credit policies
  • Security Documentation & Loan Release, Collection & Delinquent Management

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and basic banking systems)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Banking Operations (For Senior Staff)
