Job Purpose
This position is responsible to oversee agent unit operations such as customer service, front/back office and account compliance tasks.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interactive Customer Facing Transactions e.g. Account Opening etc.,
- Reception Service, Customer’s Feedback & Complaints, Premier Banking Operations, International Banking Operations
- Tellers – Routine Customer Facing Transactions e.g. Cash Deposit etc.,
- Bulk-Cash Handling
- Non-Customer Facing Transactions e.g. Cheque Book Issue etc.,
- Operations Reporting
- Branch Cash, Branch Pickup & Delivery, Currency Depot
- Able to support 2nd IN CHARGE.
- JOB SPECIFICATION• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline).
• Proactive, highly motivated, and ha a good personal relationship.
• Must be a quick learner, willing to take on new tasks and challenges.
