The NOC Team is responsible for continuous monitoring and support of the IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, prompt incident response, and escalation in accordance with established service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
To monitor the SHWE Data Center & Disaster Recovery and related Electrical Systems
Prepare and generate Daily and Weekly Reports.
Resolve and manage problems immediately
Good communication, social, and interpersonal skills
Need to participate in a 24&7&365 shift rotating operations
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Basic Knowledge and Experience in Unix/Linux and Window Server and Client Operating System.
Basic Knowledge and Experience in Switching, Routing, Wireless and Security.
Good Knowledge of latest information system and technologies.
