The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth for both the Bank and Digital Wallet businesses. This role oversees digital channels, paid media, social media, website, mobile app
marketing, SEO/ASO, and campaign performance while ensuring all digital activities support business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy
❖ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
❖ Plan integrated digital campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
❖ Manage the annual digital marketing calendar and campaign roadmap.
❖ Identify new digital opportunities to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
Performance Marketing
❖ Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
❖ Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
❖ Manage media budgets and monitor campaign spending.
❖ Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Management
❖ Lead the social media strategy across all official channels.
❖ Ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
❖ Monitor social media performance, trends, and audience engagement.
❖ Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams to deliver high-quality digital content.
Website & App Marketing
❖ Manage website content updates and landing pages.
❖ Support App Store Optimization (ASO) and customer acquisition for the Digital Wallet app
❖ Improve user journeys and conversion rates through digital optimization.
❖ Work with Product and IT teams to support digital initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
❖ Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
❖ Monitor key metrics such as traffic, reach, engagement, conversions, app installs, and customer acquisition.
❖ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
❖ Recommend improvements based on campaign data and customer behavior.
Stakeholder Management
❖ Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Campaign & Events, Product, Sales, Customer Service, and Compliance teams.
❖ Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.
❖ Ensure all digital campaigns comply with banking regulations and brand standards.
Skills & Competencies
❖ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
❖ 5 -7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in banking, fintech, telecommunications, and e-commerce.
❖ Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and digital marketing budgets.
❖ Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital media planning.
❖ Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing performance reporting.
❖ Knowledge of SEO, SEM, ASO, email marketing, and marketing automation.
❖ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
❖ Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
❖ Budget planning and ROI optimization.
❖ Strong communication and leadership skills.
