Campaign & Event Supervisor

The Campaign & Event Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, brand activations, events, and partnership activities for both the Bank and Digital Wallet business. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure
campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while creating a seamless customer experience across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution
❖ Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for banking and wallet products.
❖ Coordinate campaign timelines, promotional mechanics, and marketing materials.
❖ Work closely with Digital Marketing, Brand, Product, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
❖ Monitor campaign progress and provide execution updates.
❖ Ensure all campaign activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Event Management
❖ Plan and execute product launches, roadshows, financial education events, merchant activations, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
❖ Coordinate event logistics, venue setup, registration, vendors, and event staffing.
❖ Manage event budgets and procurement processes.
❖ Ensure branding materials and event collateral are prepared before each event.
❖ Oversee on-site event operations and resolve any issues during execution.

Partnership & Vendor Coordination
❖ Liaise with event agencies, production houses, media partners, merchants, and suppliers.
❖ Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor performance.
❖ Ensure vendors deliver work according to agreed quality and timelines.

Marketing Coordination
❖ Coordinate the production of POSM, promotional materials, giveaways, and event branding.
❖ Support campaign communication across digital, social media, PR, and branch channels.
❖ Coordinate with branch teams and merchant partners for nationwide campaign rollouts.

Reporting & Analysis
Track campaign and event KPIs including:
1. Event attendance
2. Customer acquisition
3. Lead generation
4. Merchant participation
5. Wallet registrations
6. Account openings
7. Campaign engagement
❖ Prepare post-campaign and post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
❖ Monitor campaign budgets and reconcile expenses.

Skills & Competencies

❖ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
❖ 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, event management, banking, and fintech industry.
❖ Experience coordinating large-scale events and integrated marketing campaigns is preferred.
❖ Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
❖ Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
❖ Vendor and agency management experience.
❖ Budget management and cost control.
❖ Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
❖ Attention to detail.
❖ Ability to work under tight deadlines.
❖ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
❖ Knowledge of digital marketing and social media campaigns is an advantage.
