Job Purpose
To supervise and support AML/CFT compliance activities, including blacklist screening, sanctions and PEP monitoring, CBM regulatory reporting, loan operations screening, and providing AML/CFT training to branches to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Area Of Responsibilities
• Oversee and verify NRC checks against the CBM AML/CFT Blacklist conducted by staff.
• Review and validate CIF-form-based NRC screening results.
• Prepare, finalize, and submit accurate blacklist reports to CBM within deadlines.
• Supervise and ensure the accuracy of EKYC reporting for CBM MIS.
• Manage and oversee LOS system screening for loan applicants.
• Review and validate international sanctions list screening (OFAC, EU, UN).
• Review PEP screening results and escalate high-risk customers for enhanced due diligence (EDD).
• Lead AML/CFT knowledge-sharing training sessions for branches.
• Liaise with CBM and internal departments for AML/CFT compliance matters.
• Ensure all AML/CFT processes follow regulatory standards and internal policies.
•Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members
Job Specification
•Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in relevant field.
•Minimum 4–6 years of experience in AML/CFT or financial compliance, including supervisory experience.
•Strong knowledge of CBM regulations, blacklist screening, sanctions, PEP checks, and reporting.
•Strong analytical, decision-making, and risk assessment skills.
•Leadership and team management experience.
•Excellent communication and coordination skills with regulatory bodies and internal departments.
