Provides support for the deployment of systems and software, including preparation, configuration, installation, and validation activities. Ensures deployments are executed according to defined procedures, coordinates with relevant teams, and assists in resolving technical issues to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all installed systems.
System maintenance and implementation the applications (Both Window platform and Linux).
Maintain and support windows server environment along with hardware and software configuration.
Work closely with IT Operations Team to support all systems-related aspects of the business-as-usual activities.
Communicate with vendors for problem resolution.
Daily and weekly report to Team Lead or Manager.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of IT Operations experience, especially in the area of System Infrastructure.
Technical knowledge on Database Server Administration(SQL Server, ORACLE).
Strong experience with Windows oriented infrastructure.
Strong experience with virtualization technology: Hyper-V / VMWare.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong collaborative skills.Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, complex environment, while using good judgement to prioritize tasks.
