Relationship Manager (Retail Banking – Supervisor)

Summary:

Responsible for achieving individual sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations for deposit and consumer loan products.

 

Job Responsibilities:

– Conduct regular customer visits, Sales calls, Telecalls and relationship-building activities

– Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth

– Ensure to achieve individual sales targets (deposits, loans and other banking products)

– Lead the junior sales staffs in document preparation for deposit account opening and loan origination process

– Ensure compliance with KYC, internal policies, and regulatory requirements during the sales process

– Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues

 

Job Specification:

– Bachelor’s degree

–  2–5 years of experience in retail banking sales / RM or customer service

– Proven track record of achieving sales targets

– Effective communication skills ,Excellent leadership skills, interpersonal skills, Problem-Solving skills, Excellent Customer Service skills

– Deep knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulations

– Ability to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth

– Follow the bank’s rules and comply with regulations
