Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SHWE Premier customers with the objective of meeting all performance targets, operational, advisory, financial and banking needs on a personalized basis. Deepening relationship with customers. Act not only as their personal banker but also as financial adviser, planner and enhance of their wealth through cross selling of the bank’s retail financial products such as credit facilities, mortgages, insurance, unit trust etc. Ensure the smooth operations of the Relationship Center and jits staff under his or her care and to excise discretion to approve or decline applications and special terms.
Responsibilities
- Manage a fixed number of SHWE Premier customers within the identifies cluster of branches
- Act as a one-stop center for all transactions, enquiries and advice required by customers
- Cross selling and up-selling and promote other products of the bank
- Provide recommendation for new customers
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and compliance with risk policies and procedures
- Ensure transactions and matters arising are handled expeditiously, timely and accurately to customer satisfaction
- Handle complaints and feedback
- Monitor customer transactions
- Review customer eligibilities
- Submit reports
- Provide recommendation for system and process improvements
- Liaise and work closely with SHWE Premier Head Office and with other Relationship Managers
- Ensure good physical upkeep and adequacy of stationary items in department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 4–6 years’ banking relationship management experience.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to handle transactions and enquiries accurately.
- Good teamwork and collaboration with HO and RMs.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk, and banking policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
