Job Purpose
This position is responsible to oversee agent unit operations such as customer service, front/back office and account compliance tasks.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure simplicity and speed, the customers’ deposit and withdrawal transactions should be completed smoothly and on time.
• Work Sales and Marketing responsibilities under supervision of the in-charges.
• Can work with Team Leaders in order to meet the unified goal that they have for their Agent Hub.
JOB SPECIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline).
• Proactive, highly motivated, and ha a good personal relationship.
• Must be a quick learner, willing to take on new tasks and challenges.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and marketing.
• Familiar with technology and financial apps (eg., email, internet, payment apps).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in customer-facing roles; adept at working with both internal teams and external clients.
