Call Center (Junior Assistant)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries, provide banking assistance, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Contact businesses to introduce our banking services and generate potential leads.
  • Online Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries via Messenger and engage with users in Facebook comments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call logs and customer information in the system.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media engagement and online customer service.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
