Business Process Improvement Associate

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting & Monitoring
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
– Branch connectivity status
– Channel transaction summaries
– Branch performance metrics
– Dashboard updates for management review.
System Testing & Documentation
• Participate in new system testing, including preparation of test data.
• Support enhancement testing for ongoing projects.
• Document testing results and procedures for each system upgrade or project.
Branch Operations & Hygiene
• Conduct quarterly surprise checks on branch hygiene and operational standards.
• Collect and compile daily customer in/out reports from branches.
• Record and track daily customer feedback for service improvement.
Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with branches, departments, and vendors to ensure smooth testing processes.
• Gather and share necessary documents and information for project completion.
Cross-Functional Support
• Provide ad-hoc support as needed across various tasks.
• Collaborate with other sections to assist in team-wide initiatives.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education Level:
• Bachelor Degree (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field)
Working Experience:
• For Senior Assistant, at least minimum 1 year experience in banking field.
• For Junior Assistant, N/A.
Requirements and skills:
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Application including Excel, Words and PowerPoint, Visio
• Able to work overtime and able to travel when needed
• Having excellent communication, negotiation.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks and meet deadlines.
