Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily maintenance and engineering operations
- Maintain and service fire extinguishers
- Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of air conditioning (Air Con) systems for optimal performance
- Support the repair and maintenance of plumbing and water facilities, including leak checks and water pressure control
- Ensure safety and compliance with maintenance standards
- Coordinate with technicians and external vendors for complex repair work
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records accurately
- Report any emergency faults or hazards to the supervisor immediately
- Provide hands-on support in facility setup, shutdowns, and inspections
Requirement
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical fields
- At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance or mechanical/electrical systems
- Experience with Air Con and water system maintenance is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of M&E systems including plumbing, electrical circuits, and air conditioning
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
