Job Purpose
This position is responsible to oversee agent unit operations such as customer service, front/back office and account compliance tasks.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Worked as a second in-charge of the Agent Hub.
• Supervised and confirmed daily financial activities in the hub.
• Demonstrated leadership and positive behavior for the benefit of the team.
• Created durable connections and rapport with coworkers and other customers.
• Accelerated and sustained Marketing and Sales efforts for Bank products.
• Completed daily cash and transaction reconciliation and balancing.
• Critical review and assessment of other cash and transaction closing reports at the day end.
• Sustained the bank and corporate protective shield of all sales.
• Reporting the daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, transaction volumes, customer volumes, and other relevant metrics for the project.
JOB SPECIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in banking and finance or other relevant academic discipline.
• At least 3 years in Banking & financial industry working experience, preferably in the area of agent management.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have a good understanding of transaction flow and characteristic of bank’s accounting.
• Good understanding on agent networking and develop the necessary internal functions.
• Strong leadership and team management skill.
• Can work under pressure.
