Agent Hubs Lead (Retail Banking – Assistant Manager)

Summary:

Responsible for monitoring and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies across Agent Hubs, driving growth of all bank products and services, and ensuring KPI achievement through continuous sales performance improvement, strategic channel management, training, and customer feedback analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement a Channel Strategy Matrix for all bank products and services.
  • To identify, design, and execute effective Sales and Marketing Strategies, including phone-based, email-based, and digital sales approaches.
  • To identify and manage appropriate Sales & Marketing Channels, including Relationship Managers, Branches, Agent Hubs, and Digital Channels, to maximize sales performance.
  • To set Target KPIs for Agent banking Sales Staff and update them periodically in line with business objectives.
  • To lead, supervise, and guide Agent banking Sales Staff to ensure targets are met.
  • To monitor sales activities and effectiveness of Retail Sales Staff and provide continuous coaching and guidance for improvement.
  • To organize and deliver sales-related training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of Retail Sales Staff.
  • To conduct Monthly Sales Meetings to review performance, share guidance, and provide directions to improve sales results.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail banking sales, agent banking, or sales leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership skills and team management skills
  • Effective communication skills, Presentation abilities, interpersonal skills, Problem-Solving skills, Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Deep knowledge of banking products, processes, regulations and agent banking operations
  • Ability to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth
  • Follow the bank’s rules and comply with regulations
