Fresher to SHWE Banker Program for the purpose of creating job opportunities for the motivated and enthusiastic young talents. The first step of career path to be a banking professional for nurturing the frontliner champions for the bank who would perform a variety of retail customer transactions over the counter in a professional manner & promote and cross-sell bank products and services to the customers. Through this special initiative, students will gain exposure to real-world banking practices, understand organizational dynamics, and learn about industry procedures and policies.
Program joiner will have good learning experience through the program:
