Junior Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to establish effective sales leads, strategies and plans.
  • Conduct regular sales calls to acquire both deposit and consumer loan clients.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell all banking products by cultivating strong, enduring client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Operations) to ensure seamless banking service delivery.
  • Handle deposit-taking activities, including account openings, document collection as needed.
  • Handle loan-origination activities, including account openings, document collection, on-site visit, and preparation of loan origination documents as needed.
  • Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in retail banking and sales are encouraged to apply
  • 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or banking preferred
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets
  • Basic understanding of banking products, especially deposits and consumer loans
  • Ability to build and maintain good client relationships
  • Willingness to conduct field visits and on-site customer meetings
  • Basic knowledge of documentation required for account opening and loan origination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Flexible and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail banking environment
