Junior Loan Operations Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing customer onboarding documentation and KYC checks.
  • Support in compiling credit proposals, financial analysis, and client reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, compliance, credit risk) for smooth processing of client requests.
  • Help maintain and update client databases, loan documentation, and files.
  • Prepare meeting notes and follow-up action lists from client discussions.
  • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers and team members.
  • Conduct basic market or industry research on clients and competitors when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic background and interest in corporate banking are encouraged to apply
  • 0–1 year of experience in corporate banking, credit support, or sales coordination preferred
  • Basic understanding of corporate banking products and services
  • Good analytical and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn financial and credit processes
  • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
