Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and compiling daily cash in/out reports of each branch
- Support in checking and summarizing incoming/outgoing transfers and clearing transactions
- Help in tracking account activities based on Daily Transactions Reports
- Collect and organize daily account data, such as opening balances and number of accounts
- Compile and send the Cash In & Cash Out Summary List daily
- Assist in extracting and reviewing data from All Transactions Reports
- Maintain branch administrative records, including documentation and files
- Provide support in logistics and document handling for new branch openings
- Coordinate with branch staff to gather required operational data
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of banking operations and transaction processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under supervision and meet daily deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take on administrative responsibilities
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Banking Operations (For Senior Staff)
