Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and recording office vehicle usage expenses
- Support vehicle maintenance and repair arrangements as needed
- Help manage and organize vehicle movement and transport schedules
- Facilitate communications between Head Office and branches
- Assist in handling tax matters that require coordination with the Internal Revenue Department
- Process payments and services related to phone lines, internet lines, and Wi-Fi bills
- Support tasks related to the CCTV system, including basic follow-up or coordination for issues
- Perform other administrative support duties as assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet usage, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of administrative and support functions
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
