Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting implementation and maintenance to Card Management System and Bank Switch for all card issuing and acquiring projects.
- Responsible for preparing test cases and leading the testing environment for issuing/acquiring project.
- Responsible for all issuing and acquiring certification process.
by coordinating with Payment regulator (MPU/UPI/JCB/Visa/Master) - Responsible for preparation of SIT/UAT and Pilot
environment. - Gathering business requirement and discuss with related vendors.
- Responsible to support the Card personalization process to issue card, Key Management, etc.
- Troubleshooting the daily issues and incident with root cause analysis by coordination with related vendors and operation team.
- Responsible for online card issuing projects, ecommerce, payment, etc.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Must have 3years of working experience in card and payment system.
- English Language in proficient
- Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect workflows.
Competencies
- Must have endurance over work pressure and workload.
- Must good communication in workspace.
- Must be active during the progressing projects.
- Must be active during the progressing projects.
- Must try to explore or learn the objectives as work requirements in short time.
- Must Learn the workflow and need to follow the department procedure.
Qualifications
- University Degree in IT related field
- Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an added advantage.
