Area Sales Executive (Senior Assistant)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving all KPIs and targets for the assigned township; report to RSM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Master Agents, Agents, Merchants and EWA client)
  • Manage routing plans and daily reports.
  • Acquire new Agents, MoBiz users, Merchants, Super‑Agents, and Super‑Merchants.
  • Provide training on Agent App, MoBiz App, Merchant App/Portal, EWA portal and Merchant QR deployment.
  • Execute Mini‑Eco projects and support EWA lead generation and sales closure.
  • Monitor agent quality, liquidity and ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive scheme achievement and promotional execution.
  • Manage POSM checking and installation in the market.
  • Collect and report market potential and competitor information.
  • Ensure agent activation, service quality, good appearance, and compliance with company rules.

Job Specification:

  • At Least 2 years in related working experience (preferable from a related industry)
  • Self-motivated, love challenges and able to work under a pressure environment
  • Enjoy working in a team and team player
  • Regular visiting individual to Market
  • Successfully introducing new products across a sale channel
